Mt Kilimanjaro – Karanga camp (3960m)

Today the group ascended the great Baranco wall (which looks far more challenging than it is) and then descended to the Karanga valley. Dinner and overnight at the spectacular Karanga camp (3960m).

Message from Sean earlier today was that everyone has arrived at Karanga camp and that the group are doing well.

Kilimanjaro – Baranco camp (3950m)

Today the walk got steeper and very scenic, along narrow valley ridges and over rocky sections towards the Moorland zone and to Baranco camp (3950m).  Sean called to say ‘happy days at Baranco camp.  Everyone is strong’.
