Today the team hiked from Umbwe gate (1800m), through the rain forest and up to Umbwe caves (3000m).
Message from Sean ‘We’re eating our way up the ‘hill’. Â You can’t fault cucumber soup, avo salad, chicken and chips, water melon, mango and oranges’.
