Mt Elbrus – summit – 5694 m

‘We made it!  A full house summited at 12 pm today.  Well done to everyone especially the boys’.

The team are all safely back at the Povorot hotel in Terskol.  Many thanks to Dirk for organising the snow plough which got everyone off the mountain at speed, after a successful summit in trying conditions.

Tomorrow will be spent relaxing at the hotel and enjoying luxuries such as hot showers and proper food before departure to Moscow on Wednesday.
