Kilimanjaro – one day to go

Sean and the Buchan/Deane family are in the last stages of gear packing before departure from Durban to Joburg this afternoon.  Overnight at the O R Tambo Protea  and then off to Kilimanjaro tomorrow with a stop over for lunch in Zanzibar.  This is Sean’s 24th Kili expedition and the highest mountain in Africa is still an exciting destination.  The guys and gals will start their climb on Sunday from the Umbwe gate.  We’ll keep you posted on their progress in this blog for the next week…
