Mt Kilimanjaro – departure day

After months of planning, today is departure day for a great group of family and friends – most from Empangeni. Sean will meet everyone at 23h00 tonight at O R Tambo.  Their Kenya Airways flight departs at 0150 tomorrow morning (Friday), landing in Kilimanjaro at 0930.   They have the day tomorrow to rest at the Protea Aishi hotel.  Their climb on the Umbwe route begins on Saturday.
