Kilimanjaro – Karanga

Message from Sean yesterday is that they have reached Karanga camp.  Everyone is well and the weather is great.

This morning after breakfast, the climbers will take a slow trek to Barafu hut (4600m) through the wild alpine desert (approx 3 to 4 hrs). This afternoon and evening they will rest, try to sleep and eat dinner at about 10pm.  They depart at midnight tonight for the summit.
